During
Hugh's interview with Gen. Odom Hugh could have said that he and the other so-called chickenhawks aren't saying anything the troops and vets aren't saying. And those of us who have served gladly lend our voices to Hugh's and those who continue to support our troops.
On the other hand, when Gen. Odom told Hugh he could be recruited Hugh should have said, "Well, I'm fifty-one years old but if my country calls me because they think I can help, I'll go." We have to be just as willing as the boys and girls who are now doing the job.
And I never, ever, ever want to hear a single member of congress, of either party, who voted for that shameful resolution claim that they support the troops. Not one, not ever.
